We want Bedone to actually work for you. This page explains the free trial, how to cancel, and our money-back guarantee.
Free trial
New subscriptions start with a free trial — 3 days on the monthly plan, 7 days on the annual plan. You won’t be charged during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are never billed.
90-day money-back guarantee
If you stick with Bedone and it doesn’t help you quit, email support@bedone.app within 90 days of your first payment and we’ll refund every cent — no questions asked.
How to cancel
You can cancel anytime — there’s no phone call and no cancellation fee. Either manage your subscription from your account on the web (Account → Manage subscription), or email support@bedone.app and we’ll take care of it. After you cancel, your access continues until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through our payment processor, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
